- In case FIT flight inclusive package, full amount of flight will be payable at the time of booking.
- **For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full INR component to be collected before issuance,else price will be subject to change.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident Permit.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability.

- We are not holding any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
- Holiday Surcharge will be additional if applicable
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & We will not be held liable for such expenses however we will provide best possible assistance.

Terms & Conditions
- The above is a group Tour operated by bookthetrips.com.
- The transfers & sightseeing will be on a sharing basis, seats will be shuffled daily.
- Guests coming from other Hubs need to arrive one day before Departure.
- The hotel will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Leh is located in a high Altitude region, we suggest you get Fitness checked by your Doctors to avoid any circumstances during the tour.
- We suggest the minimum age required to travel on this tour is 5 years.
- Senior citizens and parents traveling with their children, we request you to check with doctors before traveling.
- We shall provide you with an Oxygen cylinder during your tour towards Nubra and Pangong for the group.
- Guest can take personal Oxygen cylinders on a hire basis as well from Day 1.
- Carry Heavy woolen & Thermal wear on tour.
- Please avoid smoking and Drinking Alcohol during the tour.
- Due to infrastructure limitations at Nubra and Pangong, we shall provide Camps for accommodation.
- Only post-paid connections work in Ladakh. For a better network carry a BSNL/MTNL post-paid connection.
- The region's prime tourist interest is its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
- Do carry comfortable walking shoes.
